 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very disappointed, went in with my long natural nails and wanted a manicure with French white tips. I specifically asked for not shellac as I didnt want my natural nails finish taken off. The tech proceeded to grind them. I pulled my hand away to confirm I didnt want this. She agreed and kept going on the rest. The white tip paint job is awful. Very thick and uneven lines.

However the last few times I've went for a pedicure I've left a little disappointed and today was my breaking point. The lady was so rough clipping my cuticles, she cut really deep into the side of every toe, toes are still throbbing :-( I really love this place but I don't think I'll be back
